CITR is the most important insolvency agency in Romania, representing a mediator between the debtor and other participants in the procedure (public institutions, budgetary creditors, banks and utility or other raw material providers). The company has offices in Bucharest, Cluj, Alba Iulia, Arad, Brașov, Iași, Oradea, Satu Mare, Sibiu, Timișoara, including in its portfolio important names such as Leonardo, Flanco, Diverta book shops, Tiago Malls, BoomTv, Fortus Iasi, Meva and Astra Vagoane of IRS Group, Astral Impex, Contor Grup, GHCL Upsom etc. CITR has managed up to this date almost 500 insolvency or voluntary liquidation cases, country-wide, making a difference with its proactive approach, the innovative spirit and the success of previous restructurings.

The Chamber of Commerce Switzerland - Romania (CCE-R) is the local collaborator for Romania of the Chamber of Commerce Switzerland - Central Europe (SEC) and a member of SwissCham (Association of Swiss Foreign Trade Chambers), both based in Zürich, Switzerland. CCE-R has been legally set up as a Romanian Association in December 2000 and has been active since then. Founded in 1996, with a network of 320 companies, the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Romania (CCIFER) is an important voice of the French-Romanian business community. Our main preoccupations are: to drive and promote the French business community, to facilitate business exchanges between France and Romania, to create networking and business opportunities, to give access to expertise and savoir faire through our members network.

CCIFER organizes regular events and activities, providing its members and partners the opportunity to meet and interconnect. CFA Romania, association of financial analysts, promotes awareness and understanding of securities analysis, investing, and the operation of the securities markets. CFA Romania’s members are recognized as ethical, knowledgeable members of the investment decision-making community. Currently, CFA Romania includes 130 members, the majority of which holding the CFA title or studying for this achievement. The members and CFA charterholders comply with international standards of ethics and professional conduct, while the CFA exams test the knowledge of worldwide accepted standards for financial markets, investments and macroeconomics.
