Conference presentation

Country Risk Conference, at its 8th edition, has evolved over the years, becoming a traditional and a reference event for Romanian business environment. The current edition of this prestigious event in the Romanian economic environment has reunited 300 participants, personalities from Romanian business world, country risk experts, academic and banking specialists, as well as other distinguished VIP guests.

The conference was structured in 4 sessions: in the first one, macroeconomic and country risk experts provided speeches and presentations, followed by a round table with top CEO’s who offered an overview of how these major economic events affected their businesses in Romania and the CEE region.

The second part of the conference was organized in two round tables; first one was focusing on  the changing currency issue that some CEE countries are facing nowadays and how this will influence the redefinition of the Romanian economy. The last one approached the issue of dipping into new investment pools regarding exports in our business environment and the Romanian export strategy for 2011-2015.
